## `nostr:` URL 方案

该 NIP 对通用 URL 方案的使用进行了标准化，以实现网络中的最大互操作性和开放性。

该计划是 `nostr:`。

后面的标识符应与 NIP-19 中定义的标识符相同（除外 `nsec`）。
